The owner of Wildheart is Rex Bennett. Rex is a Gillette, Wyoming native and, after moving away in 2000 when he was 12, he now has come home and has lived in Gillette again since 2020. Rex’s professional endeavors have taken him from professional singing, sharing a stage with people like Josh Groban and Sarah Brightman, to personal training, to even teaching at Campbell County High School. His journey in the coffee industry extends over 15 years, managing coffee programs and working as an espresso trainer for some of the biggest coffee shops in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Portland, Oregon. Now, back home, he wants to bring his experience and expertise to the people of Wyoming.
